Gene took students from his Marine Biology class at CSUMB out here to check out the abundant and varied marine life. Lots of starfish along the wall here and plenty of fish around the wharf pilings. Just watch out for the fishing lines and hooks. I was lucky enough to be able to tag along, although I never did get credit for the class. ;) Just kidding, Gene.
